To be completed by Namazi. The notes below state how the shop actually works. The binding terms — company details, delivery commitments, return window, warranty and applicable law — must be supplied by Namazi before this page is published.

Prices

Prices shown are those of the catalogue at the moment you look at it. Every line of an order is priced again by our system when the order is placed, so the amount confirmed to you is the amount charged. Delivery is arranged separately and is not included in the item total.

Orders

An order is accepted only if the goods are in stock: if a line cannot be served, the order is refused rather than partly taken. You receive a tracking code, which is how you follow the order on the tracking page.

Payment

You can pay on delivery, by bank transfer, or online by mobile money or card. An online payment is confirmed only by the provider's signed response: until then the order shows as awaiting payment, whatever the payment page displayed.
