What we collect
- When you place an order: your name, your phone number or e-mail address, and the delivery address or pick-up point you choose.
- If you create an account: the same details, plus your password, which is stored only as an irreversible hash.
- Your orders and their history, so you and our team can follow them.
Cookies
This site sets one cookie, and only once you sign in: it holds your session and is readable by the server alone, never by scripts in the page. Your basket is kept in your own browser's storage and never leaves your device until you place the order. No advertising or tracking cookie is set.
Who sees your data
Your order is handled in Namazi's own management system. When you pay online, the amount and your order reference are passed to the payment provider, which runs the payment page; your card or mobile-money details are entered on the provider's page and never reach this site.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, have it corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Write to us from the contact page. Orders already invoiced are kept as long as accounting rules require.
